Terms of Service – Gecko Power Wash

1. Acceptance of Terms – By scheduling a service, using our website, or providing your contact information to PressurePro Wash LLC (“we,” “us,” or “PressurePro”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided – We offer residential and commercial pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, driveway sealing, and related exterior cleaning services. All work is performed by trained technicians using commercial-grade equipment.
3. Scheduling & Booking
- Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit (if required) or written confirmation.
- You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel without penalty.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.
- Payment is due upon completion unless a prior payment plan is agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit/debit card,.
- A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments over $500.
- Unpaid balances after 7 days accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Clear the work area of vehicles, furniture, toys, and fragile items.
- Ensure pets are secured and children are supervised.
- Provide access to water and electricity (standard 110V outlet within 100 ft).
- Inform us of delicate surfaces, recent repairs, or HOA restrictions before work begins.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are not satisfied with the completed work, notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the affected area once at no additional charge, provided the issue is due to our workmanship.
7. Limitations of Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including loose paint, rotting wood, or sealant failure.
- Normal wear from high-pressure cleaning (e.g., minor paint chalking) is not covered.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
8. Property Damage & Insurance – We carry general liability insurance up to $1,000,000. Proof available upon request. Report any damage within 12 hours of service completion.
9. SMS Messages – We may send you SMS messages for account-related notifications, such as verification codes, appointment reminders, security alerts, or service updates. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive these communications. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier’s plan. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message we send, or by contacting us at hello@geckopowerwash.com or (909) 283-1067. Upon opting out, we will cease sending non-essential SMS messages, though we may still send transactional messages required for account security or legal compliance. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your information is protected in accordance with our overall Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property – Photos or videos of completed work may be used for marketing (website, social media, ads) unless you opt out in writing.
11. Termination – We may refuse service or terminate agreements if:
- Payment is not received.
- Site conditions pose safety risks.
- Customer behavior is abusive toward staff.
13. Changes to Terms – We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
